Delivery Window

Deliveries are typically made between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your order is out for delivery.

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times, but we will do our best to accommodate preferences noted at checkout.
Leave at Door Instructions

You may request your order to be left at the door, in a secure drop-off location, or handed to a specific individual.

Use the “Delivery Notes” field at checkout to leave clear instructions (e.g., “Leave at side door,” “Ring bell once and leave at front porch,” etc.).

Noah’s Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the provided location.
EBT on Delivery (If Applicable)

For customers using EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer):

You may select EBT payment at checkout (if supported).

If EBT payment is offered upon delivery, the cardholder must be present with a valid EBT card and PIN.

EBT can only be applied to eligible food items; additional fees (e.g., delivery, tips, non-food items) must be paid separately using another method.

Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable during your selected window and no alternate instructions were provided, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Weather Delays: Severe weather or high demand may impact scheduled delivery windows. We’ll notify you if there are delays.
